Selected meat and proper cooking

Our meats are selected with attention to fat ratio and flavor balance; they are prepared fresh every day and cooked slowly, without rushing, so that the inside remains juicy.

Texture of bread and lavash

Neither too thick nor so thin that it falls apart… We use bread and lavash that absorb the doner’s juices while keeping their form.

Balance of sauce, yogurt and garnish

Butter, sauce and yogurt are used in amounts that complete the doner without overpowering it. The plate is never unnecessarily crowded.
